A fantastic location near the Riverwalk made it easy to explore, and the helpful staff, especially Joseph at check-in, guided us to nearby attractions. The pool was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and free parking was a huge bonus. the room left much to be desired—stains on sheets, a dirty floor, and bugs in the bathroom were disappointing. Breakfast was chaotic and underwhelming. While the amenities and warm front desk support made it tempting to extend our visit, the cleanliness issues overshadowed the positives, leading us to leave earlier than planned.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with hair and bath products. A refrigerator and microwave added convenience. The seating area included a couch and chair, perfect for relaxing. Despite being on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet. Free breakfast offered a good variety, but staffing could be more consistent. While the cleanliness was generally good, the elevator had a noticeable smell that could be addressed. it was a comfortable place to stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

It was great stay, I did not want to leave and would come back for sure. Reasonably large hotel with a good pool and an unbeatable location close to everything. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and everything was great.

We had a nice and big room, with a separate living area and bedroom, plus a spacious bathroom with a shower and tub. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the historic center. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite enjoyable.

There were some noticeable downsides during our stay. The noise from the road could be disruptive due to the lack of double glazing on the windows.

Prime choice for short stay in San Antonio, great for the money. Breakfast was really good.

The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to all major attractions like the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family of four. The staff at the reception provided fine service and made us feel welcome. The breakfast, although with limited variety, was good and the place felt safe and secure. The only downside was the wait for the elevator at times, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
